Many recent studies contest this health report. In fact the founder of Epigenetics Dr. Joel Wallach has researched and documented this subject extensively. Butter is better for you than margarine. It does not increase your risk of heart disease. In fact, it helps to ward off heart disease, dementia, alzheimer's and many other degenerative diseases. Further research shows that the higher the cholesterol levels, the healthier the person is. There is no real science to support good and bad cholesterol. This is another cultural myth created by the AMA in order to sell pharmaceuticals. |
